The JEF Convention is part of the Jamaica Employers' Federation's effort to entrench Jamaica’s private sector as a dependable engine of national growth and business development. This year’s Convention with its theme: "ReTHINK, ReNEW, Re-ALIGN...!", is aptly focused on the adequate tools and mechanism required to uncover the opportunities emerging fromthe crisis and embark on a path of sustainable development.
