The JEF Convention is part of the Jamaica Employers' Federation's effort to entrench Jamaica’s private sector as a dependable engine of national growth and business development. This year’s Convention with its theme: GOING FOR GOLD: “Repositioning for Global Competitiveness”, is aptly focused on the adequate tools and required thinking to ensure our success in this direction.
